This workshop introduces beadwork as a one-off addition to our usual wine bag sessions.

Participants are invited to explore the technique through the making of a keyring or coaster, a simple, meditative process with space to experiment with colour and composition at your own pace.

The workshop will be held at Co. Bake’s studio in Richmond. All materials are provided, along with a selection of snacks and wine.

Places are limited to keep the group small and considered.

Join us for an evening of celebrating mothers! Event is held at Take Care Studio in Brunswick and runs 6:30-8:30pm on Friday the 8th of May. 

Participants take home a paracord wine bag and a bottle of Prosecco, courtesy of Zonzo, at the end of the evening.

No prior macrame skills are required.

The Linn Bag - a collaboration between Virk (Melbourne) and Kevin Rivero Ajamlou (Stockholm)
A friendship that began over 15 years ago has evolved into a shared practice rooted in craft, patience and material honesty. Designed and developed between Melbourne and Stockholm, The Linn Bag is the result of a year-long collaboration between Virk and leather artisan Kevin Rivero Ajamlou.

Each bag is handmade in Italian vegetable tanned leather with a chunky paracord handle and linen inset, resulting in subtle variations that give every piece its own character. Produced in very limited numbers and shipped from our Melbourne studio.
